Accepting These Terms

Using the site means you accept these terms. They form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Spinchester, and continuing to play after an update counts as acceptance of the revised version. Read them before you deposit.

We may change these terms and will tell players of material changes where we can. This is a fact, not marketing: the version in force is the one published on the site at the time you play, so check the date before you rely on an older copy. Save a copy if a clause matters to you.

Eligibility and Licensing

You must be at least eighteen and old enough to gamble legally where you live. Responsibility for meeting the age and legal rules of your own jurisdiction rests with you, and we may ask for proof of age at any moment. Do not register if gambling is unlawful where you are.

Honesty requires stating the operator’s regulatory position plainly. Your Account

Deposits, Wagering and Withdrawals

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name, and third-party deposits may be reversed without refund. The minimum deposit is twenty in your account currency, and supported currencies include GBP, EUR and TRY. Confirm your method is available in your region before funding.

A deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal; a deposit staked without any bets must be turned over three times to satisfy anti-money-laundering rules. Standard withdrawal limits are three thousand per week and fifteen thousand per month, with progressive jackpot wins paid in full outside those caps. Plan large cashouts around the weekly ceiling.

When a bonus is active, the maximum stake is five in your account currency, and betting above that can forfeit the bonus and any winnings from it. Bonuses are non-sticky and only one may run at a time. Cancel a bonus before wagering starts if the limits do not suit you.

Dormant Accounts

An account left inactive for ninety days is treated as dormant. We may close a dormant account and withhold the remaining balance, though you can ask support to reactivate it. Log in periodically if you intend to keep a balance.

Closing Your Account

You can close your account by emailing the address below and stating a reason; processing takes up to seventy-two hours. Requests sent through chat are not actioned, and a support agent will redirect you to email. Self-exclusion is handled separately through live chat.

Fair Play and Liability

We may void bonuses and winnings gained through advantage play or exploitation of an error, and software glitches must be reported at once. Replace-by-fee bitcoin transactions are barred and can trigger closure. Play the games as intended.

You are responsible for any tax due on winnings under the law where you live. The operator is not liable for your losses in using the site, nor for technical failures affecting software, hardware or connectivity. Gamble only what you can afford to lose.
