Who Controls Your Data

Spinchester acts as the data controller for the personal data it collects. This means the operator decides why your information is processed and how it is kept, and it carries the legal responsibility for those choices under UK data protection law. Read this policy before you deposit or verify your identity.

Honesty requires stating one thing up front: you cannot use the platform without sharing personal data. Registration, payments and age checks all depend on it, and refusing to provide required information will block account functions such as withdrawals. Decide with that trade-off in mind.

What We Collect

We collect the data you give us at registration: your name, date of birth, email address and phone number. We also record what your account generates in use, including transaction history, login timestamps, IP addresses and device details, because a gambling account cannot be operated or audited without that record. Identity documents form a separate category. We collect copies of passports or national identity cards, proof of address and payment receipts when verification is triggered. Access inside the company is limited by role. The Money Laundering Reporting Officer, payments and anti-fraud analysts, customer support, retention staff and VIP managers reach only the data their function needs, and each signs a confidentiality agreement. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

We disclose data outside the company in narrow situations: to regulators, courts or law enforcement when the law compels it, and to vetted partners and companies within our group who help run the service. This is a fact, not marketing: a lawful demand from an authority overrides your preferences. Nothing beyond those cases is shared for profit.

How Long We Keep It

Retention is governed by law, not by our convenience. After you close an account we keep your personal data for as long as statute requires, and anti-money-laundering rules set a floor of five years from the last transaction or from closure. Do not expect immediate deletion on request.

That floor limits your right to erasure. Where a legal obligation to retain records applies, we cannot delete data even when you ask, and we will tell you which obligation blocks the request. Ask, and we will explain the specific ground.

How We Protect It

Every form and transaction on the site runs through digital encryption. Account access is tied to a unique ID and password, and you can enable two-factor authentication for an added layer that stops a leaked password alone from opening your account. Turn it on.
